at the device, looking at the i700 connector plug pins with the retainer hooks pointing up
Pin Signal Description
3 GND shorted by R=44.5KOhm to pin 18 when keyboard attached
4 Rx also Tx for keyboard
5 Tx  
8 Ri  
9 CTS  
10 DTR  
11 DSR  
16 Vcc power +5V, VDD for keyboard, +4.2V charging by i700 12V charger
17 GND  
15   +1.5V charging by i700 12V charger
18   +0.66V charging by i700 12V charger
19   +6V charging by i700 12V charger

i700 Audio Jack Pinouts
tip = mike
ring = left audio
base = ground
outer ring = right audio
 

Samsung I700 charger (should show charger icon when connected). NOT tested!
2 - R1=120k to pin 3
3 - GND
4 - +V (4.3V-4.6V, not more)
5 - R2=2.2k to pin 4
