Pin Description

2Battery power
3Unused
4Common (same as 7)
5Low battery
6RS-232 level shutdown
7Common (same as 4)
8Ground level shutdown (A500 and above, reserved on <A500)
9Reserved
Pins 2 and 5 are connected to Common when they are true.
On pin 6, an rs-232 high level (>9V) will shutdown, when running off the battery.
On pin 8, shorting to ground will shutdown.
