Vaio will NOT output video until it sees a 75 ohms LOAD, without the load, it will not output signal AT ALL.
So the pinout is as follows, counting from the tip of the jack , and going to the base of the connector (where it is the cable strap)

Cable strap	4	L Line Audio output (don"t disable built in speakers) 10K ohm impedance
end tip	1	R Line Audio output (don"t disable buit in speakers) 10K ohm impedance
mid 1	2	TV OUT (composite Video) 75 ohm impedance (closest to the end tip)
mid 2	3	Ground (closest to the cable strap)
