Connector is JAE (Japan Aviation Electronics) DD1 series 

The plug is JAE part # DD1P030MA1. The pinout shown is the rear (cable connection end)
view of what are 2 rows of IDC pins. These can be used with a 1mm thick pcb sandwiched
between the two rows. The apparent counterintuitive offset is a result of the shape of
the pin inserts themselves.
