This non-standard ATX wiring is used in Dell Pentium II and Pentium III systems. The connector on the power supplies used in Dell Socket 478 Pentium 4 systems (and other modern Dell computers ?) is standard ATX-12v.

18 AWG is recommended for all wires except pin 11, which should be 22 AWG. For 300W configurations 16 AWG is recommended
