Pin Name Dir Description
1 +6V --> +6 VDC (10 mA max)
2 GND --- Ground
3 AUDIO --> Audio
4 VLOW --> Video Low (Unconnected ?)
5 VHIGH --> Video High
Pin 4 and pin 5 are connected together on the back side of the mobo?
Note: Direction is Computer relative monitor

On some monitors, the video low should be connected to the tip of the composite connector. The 1702 monitor uses video high. I don't know about the commodore video input.
