Memory stick to USB Cord

I'm wondering if theres a way to turn a memorystick pro duo into a USB cable to attach to a multi card reader. The PSP uses a Pro Duo card with is ridiculously expensive and i'm wondering if with some wiring, i could interface it with a multi card reader and fool it into thinking a CF card is a Pro Duo.
