I have a 145 watts psu from a old computer. I would want to use the psu do some testing such as fans and other things.

How do you power a dell psu without a motherboard?
Which wires do you have to shorten?
Please can someone help me?

connect pins 11 (ps on) to pin 12 GNd
STD ATX would be pin 14 to pin 13 or 16
