I need to build an M1-DA (P&D-DA) to DVI-I cable

Long story short, i live in argentina, importing a cable is too expensive, nobody ever heard of that cable here, so i need to build it myself. i downloaded the pinouts for both ends, i have a M1 connector but it's sealed, i need cable and a DVI connector, and i need to know if it's doable . . . is there a walkthtough on doing your own cables, any advice you guys can share? all i know is i should connect the correct pins together, i don't know if there's any electronics involved in this adapter cable.
