Sharpgx30/nec eXXX

I can see the pinouts for the phone ... but what good does it do if i don`t know what`s on the other side ?
I mean ... if it`s 5V does that mean it`s USB ?
But it said it`s for flashing also ... flashing on USB ? That is kind of odd ...
If anyone can help ...

No, it doesn't.
It seems that this phones are using standard RX/TX scheme and can be connected to the computer via one of the MAX232 cables
