DVI - D (24pin) (M) to VGA (15pin) cable

I have a Nvidia Card Quadro 8300, which has Display ports and a cable HP displayport to DVI-D (24pin) female, I need to connect a VGA monitor using this cable so I need to have a DVI-D(24pin) (M) to 15pin VGA (F) cable.

I need the pin configuration interconnections to make the cable. Can any one help me out in this matter.

Can anyone also confirm the display port cable to DVI provided by HP is DVI -I or DVI -D.
Also does anyone have the schematic diagram of the converter DVI-I to VGA in case I need to make them..

Your help will be highly appreciated.
