HDMI to RCA Adapter Cable...

I know that they are possible because they're selling them all over the 'net.

What I want to know is can I make one at home without involving an engineer and some microchips!  ???

Everywhere I look, it's easy to make a HDMI to DVI Adapter, but I don't want that.

I want a cable with HDMI male on 1 end and RCA Red/White/Yellow on the other.

Thanks for any help any of you are able to provide!  ;D
