this cable isn`t correct for APC SMART-UPS  2200 {and may be for smartUPS series] correct {working on my comp and ups] is  2-9 4-1 5-4 8-2 9-2  {COM-UPS] when you look at connectors from FRONT {and by pin numbers on connectors]Bye Hum
