XLR4 to 3.5 Earphones

Is it possible to wire a XLR4 connector to 'walkman' type in ear headphones? The idea is to avoid wearing the larger headsets which plug into the intercom system at work. The microphone option is obviously not required.

hmmm. I don't think it will work. Better to check other connectors instead.
