Palm Vx Charger, help needed!!

Hi

I recently acquired a Palm Vx from a local used electronics shop but they do not have the charger
I don't know or have any idea where to begin to design the charger myself, I found this

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Counting from the right, pin 2 is "+" 3.3v, pin 10 is ground.
