Could this even be possible?
Please excuse my lack of electronic knowledge and of schematics as it's painfully obvious. But as a newbie I think I can be forgiven?
Having read through your pinouts information, I have come up with what I think could be a possible way of connecting a SD card to a pro duo slot or vice versa.
I'm slowly learning so please take it easy ?
The photo below shows my attempt, SD pinouts on the left, pro duo pinouts on the right.
Many thanks for all your help/advice in advance.

im not sure but do sd cards and pro duo's use the same serial protocol? otherwise you'd HAVE to have some sort of translation circuitry inbetween instead of just straight wire-connections
Would this be "Low-level access"? if so they are both "NAND".
Thanks
Mark

Please Help!!!
Couldn't you just backup a card, then try it out anyways? If it was backed up, it'd probably be OK if it didn't work. I'd say give it a go.
It won't work directly. You need a converter chip. I think NeoFlash sells such converters for PSP.
