Hi there,
I have several Samsung LT141x4-156 TFT panels. I bought a converter kit to connect the panel to my PC as a 2nd monitor. I have a picture on the panel but the backlight doesn't work. It comes on with about half the expected brightness for about a second when switching on but then stays off. That is when I use the inverter board that came with the converter kit.
Now I thought I'd try to use the inverter that is on the back of the panel but that has a completely different connector. And it's that connector I'm looking for a pinout for. It's a 15 pin connector that directly takes the flat cable.
Google didn't bring up any results for the pinout (but it brought up this forum... )
Also, does anyone know whether the connection from the inverter to the lamp has a polarity, i.e. does it matter which way I connect the 2 cables to the inverter?
Thanks for any answers!

hmmmmm, I don't think that is the correct pinout. The inverter board connector only has 15 pins...
