Hello my ( insert name of fruit) pad USB cord has been repaired ,where I've connected the silver - to the white -,and the green + to the red + I had a reading of approximately 5 v , and when I plugged it into the port and left it for hours I only had another 3 % charge, can anyone help explain what I did wrong, thanks ,
