You know... the green thing that now comes with every mouse? I have a KVM switch that is unhappy with it, and I'd like to figure out why. The KVM works fine with a native PS2 mouse, but not with the adapter.
Found it! see it at http://www.see.org/gc46fm.jpg

Hi..! I've the some situation with a Belkin KVM. I wire an adapter with the specifications of this file and it works OK with the computer but not with the KVM. Do you have any help? thanks in advance
It's good practice to pull up data/clock lines with some resistors of 10k or so. In some cases signal has levels between 1.5 and 2.5 volts, and mouse don't work. Pulling up helps in that situations and doesn't harm if unnecessary.
