any one used this program , i will not unlock my nec 616 , its looking for a serial port but my data lead is usb , has anyone ever had this problem aswell
any tips or hints would be good

Go to control panel>system>Hardware>Hardware manager
And search for which Com the USB cable is assigned (Com and LPT) port
If the cable used is and USB to serial cable you will find it here and the number of assignment
