sir i have pinout it is in format of image in the image 4 points are marked gnd, vcc, rx and tx please tell me what they stand for and where to connnect them in serial port connector

Ground= Earth wire, VCC Voltage Control Connection(+5V mostly, unless legacy kit is involved), Rx= Receive Tx=Transmit. Need to know which (Physical) serial port you are referring to.
