Title: Polarity of SD/MMC DAT0 and CMD pins

Does anyone know what the polarity is of the pin 2 (CMD) and pin 7 (DAT0) on an SD/MMC card? Or does it matter? I want to connect a USB data+ and Data- to an SD card, but I'm not sure which pins to connect.
