turn on a Siemens S56

Hi, I am Alejandro from Argentina.

I am trying to turn on a Cellular Phone Siemens S56. I saw the data from this page http://pinouts.ru/data/siemens_cable_pinout.shtml

I am communicating with the phone via AT commands, but how can i turn it on with hardware?

There is a comment: "You can connect Pin 4 of COM port with IGN pin of mobile phone if you want them to enter test-mode automatically. "

Perhaps this is wat I need but I cannot understand the point.

PLease help me if u can.

Yo tengo el mismo problema pero lo unico que te recomiendo es que tengas mucho cuidado con esta opcion puesto que el pin4 del com arroja en un momento dado 13V y esto daсaria tu equipo por lo cual tendrias que utilizar mas bien el mismo MAX232 para hacer esta conexion.

Apenas soluciones el problema te vuelvo a escribir, si es que no lo solucionas primero
