Hi, S-Video 4 pin socket to Composite video socket connection

 I want to connect to either the 4 pin s-video or composite video sockets on a Video Capture Card in the computer to the tv decoder box composite video connector.
I am a beneficiary so cheap alternatives are a good option.
I have a video capture card with 4 pin S_Video and Composite Video/2 x Audio (stereo) connectors and the TV decoder has a Composite Video connector.
Now I am wondering what other types of cables I can use as cheap alternatives to buying quite expensive composite video cables to make up to 30 meters of cable.

Pinouts.ru is such a great website for learning about adapting cables. I already made up a 4 pin S-Video to Composite Video cable(untested...but I can wait) Thank you.
