The Fujitsu S-Video minijack similars the standard S-Video jack in the way that its information passed in the pins luminance and color are the same. The merely difference is the counts of grounds supported by the standard S-Video interface. Thus I adopted the idea of http://pinouts.ru/VideoCables/svideo2RCA_pinout.shtml which suggested the use of a ceramic capacitator of approx. 470 pF.
