Compare https://pinoutguide.com/CarElectronics/iveco_diagnostic_38p_pinout.shtml and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/On-board_diagnostics#OBD-II_diagnostic_connector e.g. OBD2 pin 16 is +12V, and Iveco pin 30 is ground - this pinout joins them together!! | APPROVED |
