2008-10-27 13:04:54 | rev. 2 | CORRECT | For better quality, you might include pulse frequency and min/max width. Schema of the connector would be good too. | APPROVED |

2013-03-03 02:33:27 | rev. 3 | CORRECT | The PWM signal from the motherboard sources 5V during the "on" state of the pulse, otherwise it's pulled to ground. The tacho signal from the fan sinks to ground for every revolution, the input on the motherboard is pulled high. | APPROVED |

2019-07-23 18:57:37 | rev. 4 | CORRECT | There is a very very small chance that the yellow wire is actually red. While it is noted as usual in the table, I would personally change it to "yellow (sometimes red)". The only other change I would make is to the picture, maybe add a second 4 pin variant which has the key at pins 1 and 3, alongside the picture with the keys at pins 1 and 4. Just my opinion that it may help with novices. | APPROVED |

2023-06-14 21:49:56 | rev. 4 | INCORRECT | Pinout is correct. The photo and drawing of the plug are not. One of the ribs should be off-set to match the off-set ramp on the header. MOLEX PN 47054-1000 will have the correct photo. | WAITING FOR APPROVAL |
